The payment can be made using either:

  • Bank transfer or a depositinto a bankaccount

Eurocongres reserves the right to change any means of payment, adding new or removing any of the existing ones, and the participant cannot make any complaint. Nevertheless, the change in payment affects an order already processed. In that case, Eurocongres will contact the participant immediately to
inform him about this change and offer the participant the possibility to cancel the order.

Your credit card will be charged immediately through your desired method once all the information provided has been verified.

Credit cards are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity. Still, if that entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will not be able to formalize any contract with you. 

Eurocongres reserves the right to check the participant’s data and adopt the appropriate measures (including cancelling the order) to guarantee compliance with these conditions.

Guarantee of the product/services purchased

In accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Eurocongres is liable for any lack of conformity within a period of two years from delivery.

In case of a lack of agreement, you must inform us within two months by emailing, indicating your data, the number of your purchase invoice and the problem detected.

In case of no fulfilment of this period, the guarantee will not be affected. Still, you will be responsible for damages incurred due to the communication delay.

In case of a manufacturing defect, Eurocongres will be responsible for the return costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials. The charges would be bank processing fees as we sell services, not physical products.
