Submissions

Submission Guidelines

The conference offers two types of submission modalities: oral and poster presentations. Each conference attendee may submit a maximum of one work in the format of their choice, while they could be included as co-author on different submissions. Acceptance of a work in the scientific program is subject to prior approval by the Scientific Committee and the corresponding payment of the registration fee by the attendee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to convert some oral presentations to poster format if space constraints arise, after consultation with the Scientific Committee.

The deadline for submitting works is March 1st, 2024. The deadline has been extended until March 20th, 2024.

Instructions for submitting a contribution
Submissions should be made through the private area. To access it, please log in through the Platform with the email and password received after filling out the Data Form (see below).

To make a submission, click on "Send communication" , then on “New communication” and fill out all the fields with the required information.

The abstract should be prepared in the following standard LaTeX template:

Opsfa17-template.tex

We kindly ask you to use it rather than any other format. Please, do not include commands involving page size, font selections, etc. Avoid using your own macros as much as possible.

Compile your abstract and send us both the .tex and .pdf files through the Submission Platform.

Keywords will be used to facilitate both the preparation of the scientific program and the arrangement of the parallel sessions.
