Cancellations

The participant can request the cancellation of any order according to the detailed policy of each service indicated when making the order.

The company will only accept the order’s cancellation via email or telephone (+34 958 209361) through our Customer’s service.

Refund of services

In cases where the participant considers that the service does not conform to the stipulations, he will have to contact us immediately by email or telephone, providing the reason.

Once received the notification, Eurocongres will contact you to inform you how to proceed.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the order.
