Currently, ordering any product or service through www.eurocongres.es can only be done in Spanish.

Eurocongres will not maintain a copy of the present conditions linked to each order, so we highly recommend keeping a copy of this document.

Order

When ordering anything from www.eurocongres.es, it means the agreement on the price, the product description and the general sales conditions of the order. These conditions will only be applied to the service booked.

You are obliged to use our website for any enquiry or any order legally valid. You are also obliged to provide us with a valid email address, postal address and/or contact information, understanding that we can use this information to contact you if necessary, according to our privacy policy. If you provide us with the wrong details, we cannot process your order correctly. You can check if the information is correct when you receive our confirmation email. Once you place an order through www.eurocongres.es, you have to guarantee that you are authorized to use the chosen credit or debit card if payment is made by card. Only people with the necessary legal capacity to sign contracts related to the services proposed on this website can place orders.

Once you place an order, you must continue the process until the payment is made. Once done, you will receive an email confirming your order (the “email confirmation”).

Availability

Eurocongres does not provide products; only services are offered, and their availability will be shown on our website.

Please check our refund policy in case you want to return a service. According to our cancellation policy, we will refund you the payment, deducting the administration fees.

Delivery

The services ordered will be sent either to your email, a postal address, or a different person you may wish, as long as the delivery address is in Spain, including the Balearic Islands. It will be delivered within regular working hours.

We understand that the order has been done once you or another person sign the receipt. Suppose the purchase is emailed, and no person does not contact Eurocongres. In that case, we understand that the delivery has been successful.

Costs

Eurocongres will publish the costs of the services and will include the current taxes. The cost of each service has to be fully paid once ordered.

Eurocongres reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. The services already ordered will be invoiced according to the costs included on our website at the moment of the purchase.
